ABOUT WESTRIDGE HILLS:

Westridge Hills is a community of 89 residents and 744 lots owned by 235 owners. The total area of Westridge Hills is over 200 acres. Westridge Hills is located in Jefferson County, West Virginia, United States. Our community is near historic Harpers Ferry and the Potomac and Shenandoah rivers where Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia meet. It is part of Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Westridge Pond, covering 2 acres, is stocked with fish.

Our community is located along the Appalachian Trail. The surrounding area offers popular outdoor activities like white water rafting, fishing, mountain biking, tubing, canoeing, hiking, zip lining, and rock climbing.

The Board of Directors meets monthly, the 1st Wednesday each month, at 5pm unless there is a reschedule. These meetings are open to public comment by property owners at 5:45PM and can be attended by Zoom, at the link above.
