2024 to 2025 Snow Removal proposal

Westridge Hills Owners Assn, Inc.  (WHOA) seeks
a Snow Removal Service for the 2024-2025 Winter season.

• WHOA community have approx. 9 miles of roads to be cleared and treated as needed.
  • WHOA usually clears when there is 4 or more inches of snow
  • WHOA might ask for sand or gravel spreading for ice events or icy areas.
  • After Snow removal - Hills and entrances should be treated with sand or gravel to reduce slippery areas.
  • Area around the mailboxes to be cleared and treated to reduce slips and falls.

• Contractor should have snow removal equipment in good working order and of size and weight to clear 8 miles of gravel roads.
  • Should carry appropriate insurance for snow removal for hire.
  • Should have experience with snow removal on gravel roads and communities.
  • Should be available to clear roads when snow/ice events occur.
• Contractor will charge by the hour and paid by check after each clearing or when invoice presented.
• WHOA will provide gravel or sand for spreading.
