Building Safety Review Notice

Board has reviewed the Westridge Hills Covenant Agreement and the Jefferson County Safety Ordinance Enforcement Agency Standards.  We have concerns about the safety of some abandoned structures in our community.  We are compiling a list of properties that do not meet minimum safety standards.  We will contact the home/lot owners to ask for repair or clearing of these properties.  If the lot owner does not address, the Board may choose to submit an application with the Jefferson County Safety Ordinance Enforcement Agency for further action.
